Which of these workflows need instruments or facilities I may not have?
Mass and chromatographic work need the corresponding instrument. Endotoxin and growth detection need qualified facilities, trained staff, controls and a validated method appropriate to the sample. What is stocked here is consumables and bench equipment — not a validated laboratory process.
How is a kit priced?
A kit is priced below the sum of its parts, and the saving appears on the kit page. It groups what one workflow consumes; it is not a validated method.
Which column should I choose?
It depends on the instrument, the analyte, pressure limits and the selectivity the method needs. The three dimensions listed are common starting points rather than a guarantee of resolution. Send the instrument model and method requirements and we will talk it through before you order.
Can I order solvents or stains with my consumables?
No. Flammable, corrosive and toxic chemicals are outside this catalog — acetonitrile, TFA, formic acid and ninhydrin stain included. A chemical distributor set up for hazardous-materials carriage is the right source. Everything stocked here moves by standard services.
How fast do orders ship?
We confirm the dispatch date on your invoice before you pay. Orders over $300 ship free.
Can I return something?
Unopened instruments and consumables come back within 30 days — email first for return instructions. Reagents, media and opened consumables cannot be returned, since their integrity cannot be verified once they leave. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods are replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, for universities, companies and contract laboratories. Accounts and credit terms are subject to approval, and holding an account changes nothing about labelled intended use or shipping restrictions.
Are the reagents for diagnostic use?
Nothing here is for diagnostic use. Reagents are labelled for laboratory research unless a product page documents a different status from the manufacturer, and no item should be used outside that labelling.
